Bột mù tạt wasabi Chungjungone là sản phẩm được nhập khẩu trực tiếp từ Hàn Quốc, có thành phần chính được làm từ bột mù tạt kết hợp thêm bột gạo và hương mù tạt mang đến lớp bột mịn có mùi hăng và vị cay nồng đặc trưng.

Bột mù tạt thường được dùng để ăn kèm với những món hải sản tươi sống như bạch tuộc, tôm,  hàu và các loại sashimi cá hồi, cá ngừ, mực ống,..Vị cay nồng mạnh mẽ của mù tạt xâm chiếm trong khoang miệng và xông thẳng lên tới mũi sẽ làm giảm bớt mùi tanh của thức ăn sống và giúp kích thích vị giác hơn, mang đến một trải nghiệm ăn uống rất thú vị.

Bột wasabi còn được dùng phổ biến cho các món như khoai tây nghiền, trứng, salad mù tạt, kem mù tạt, làm sốt cocktail wasabi,…Wasabi powder được xem là một lựa chọn thay thế hoàn hảo khi muốn tăng thêm độ cay nóng cho những món ăn đặc trưng mà không cần dùng ớt đỏ, đặc biệt rất hợp với những món có kem (trộn với sốt mayonnaise, thêm vào nước chấm) để làm dịu hương vị.

Có thể rắc trực tiếp bột mù tạt lên một số món ăn hoặc pha với nước theo tỉ lệ 2:3 rồi cho thêm nước tương, đường, giấm,…trộn đều thành một loại sốt để chấm hoặc pha chế theo công thức sốt mù tạt riêng biệt cho từng món ăn cho phù hợp.

It’s really pretty decent except for one thing.

I bought two of these for my basement and they do look great. They were easy to assemble and I’m happy with them. The problem is that the stitching on the fabric panels are almost the size of a machine basting stitch (which for non sewers means large temporary stitches). Because the panels are tight by design, the stitches had already started to come undone before I could finish assembling everything. Fortunately I can sew and I reinforced all the panels. I had to take the first ones back off the poles to do them but I did the second set before assembling. It’s really not a bad product for the money. It’s quality fabric and the design itself looks great. The stitching looks fine but it’s just not substantial enough for the purpose it is supposed to serve. I can’t imagine why it be sewn so insufficiently. I was able to resolve my issue because I can sew. I wasn’t planning on sewing nor did I really have the time. I could have made it myself but I didn’t want to and that is why I purchased this. I ended up using valuable time. The really unfortunate thing is, I have no other complaints. This is a manufacturing problem.
